Held by Nature is a 7-week virtual + in person support circle blending nature connection, deep rest, and supportive community.
Designed for women who need a lifeline—those who are always holding things together, whether because it’s their profession or simply the way they move through the world. Caregivers, helpers, and those who instinctively put others first, often at the expense of their own well-being.
This is a space to replenish. A place to exhale, reconnect, and feel resourced through nature, shared wisdom, and restorative practices that rebuild resilience.
Not just to “get through” this season, but to be held, to rest, and to find the steadiness and clarity to move forward.
What This Space Offers You

🌎 Why This? Why Now?
I don’t have to tell you how heavy things feel right now—you’re living it. The world is shifting rapidly, and many of us are just trying to keep our heads above water. But nature reminds us: there are ways to move through change without losing ourselves in it. This space is here to help you do that.
This is a space to be held while also planting seeds of change. Through nature therapy, guided mindfulness, and trauma-informed support, you’ll have a place to resource yourself, build resilience, and reconnect with what truly sustains you.

In Held by Nature, I’ll be drawing from a range of training and healing modalities, including:
🌿 Forest & Nature Therapy (Certified Guide, Association of Nature & Forest Therapy)
🌀 Somatic Self-Regulation Strategies for calming the nervous system
🧘 Yoga Nidra for deep rest and inner clarity
🌊 Somatic Mindfulness Inquiry Work for processing emotions with compassion
💬 Motivational Interviewing & Health Coaching (Nationally Board Certified) to help you shift patterns and find what works for you
This space isn’t just something I’m offering—I need it, too. Like so many of you, I’ve felt the exhaustion, the weight of transition, the pull to keep going even when my own well is running low. I created this because I know what it’s like to hold so much—and how powerful it is to be held, too.
This is a space for real support, deep replenishment, and simple, restorative practices that help you navigate stress, burnout, and life’s inevitable transitions. No fixing, no forcing—just a place to land, breathe, and move forward with more steadiness.
Let’s do this together. 💚
ℹ️ Frequently Asked Questions
🌱 Program Basics & Structure
What is Held by Nature?
Held by Nature is a 7-week virtual + in-person support circle blending nature connection, deep rest, and supportive community. It’s designed to be a lifeline for women who are feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or in transition—whether they’re caregivers, helping professionals, or simply holding more than feels possible right now.
When does the program start and end?
We begin with an Opening Circle on March 8th and close the circle together on April 27th.
What if I can’t attend all the live sessions?
This space is here for you when you need it. You’re welcome to come as often or as little as serves you. The Sunday Nature Connection & Intention-Setting calls will be recorded, but coaching and support circles will not (to maintain privacy). There are many opportunities to participate, but there is no pressure or obligation to attend everything.
Do I need to commit to attending every week?
Not at all. This isn’t another obligation—it’s a respite from everyday life. You can dip in and out as needed, knowing that the space is here when you want it.
🦋 Who It’s For
Is this just for people who love nature?
No! This is for anyone who feels the desire to slow down but struggles to step out of the whirlwind. You don’t need to be an outdoorsy person—you just need to be open to using nature as a resource for calm and perspective.
The nature connection sessions can be done indoors or outdoors—a patch of grass, a view of the sky, a houseplant, or even your imagination can serve as your connection point. Over time, this practice may deepen your relationship with nature and offer a sense of belonging to something bigger than yourself.
I don’t usually do groups. Will I still feel comfortable?
Yes! The group dynamic is meant to be a source of support, not pressure. There are opportunities to share, but they’re always optional. Sometimes, just listening can be just as valuable as speaking. Silence is always a welcome share, and the space is designed to feel safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive.
What if I don’t have time for this right now?
This is not another thing to add to your to-do list—it’s a way to resource yourself. We can’t take care of others if we’re constantly running on empty.A big part of this program is shifting that perspective—moving from “I don’t have time” to recognizing that tending to yourself is necessary. By the end of these seven weeks, my hope is that you’ll feel more resourced and confident in making restorative time for yourself a regular part of your life.
What You’ll Get Out of It
How is this different from therapy?
This is not therapy, nor a substitute for mental health care. I am not a licensed mental health professional.
I am a:
- Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach
- Certified Forest & Nature Therapy Guide
- Certified in Somatic Self-Regulation Strategies, Somatic Mindfulness Inquiry, and Yoga Nidra
Unlike therapy, where the focus is on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, this space is about helping you access the tools, support, and perspectives you already have within you. It’s a trauma-informed, non-prescriptive space for self-discovery, stress management, and community support.
Will this actually help me feel better?
Many participants find that this kind of space is exactly what they didn’t know they needed. The combination of nature connection, mindfulness, and community support is a powerful antidote to stress, burnout, and feeling emotionally isolated. This won’t magically “fix” everything overnight—but it will give you a foundation of support, a place to land, and a way to start resourcing yourself for the road ahead.
What if I’m not burned out, but I still want to join?
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from this space.
This is for anyone who:
🌱 Feels like they could use extra support and community right now
🌱 Wants to move through stress, change, or uncertainty with more ease
🌱 Is craving connection with nature, themselves, and like-minded women
You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.
🧭 Program Details & Logistics
Where will the in-person walks take place?
Walks will be held at local green spaces, parks, and nature conservancies within 30 minutes of St. Louis. The exact locations will be determined based on where participants are located to make it as accessible as possible.
What if I don’t live in St. Louis? Can I still join?
Yes! The weekly virtual Nature Connection & Intention-Setting sessions , Weekly Group Support & Coaching Sessions and online community are designed to be just as meaningful for non-local participants. While the in-person gatherings provide an additional sense of community, they are not required to fully experience the benefits of the program.
How do Resilience Partnerships work?
Resilience Partnerships are an optional but encouraged way to deepen your experience. You’ll be paired with another woman in the circle to check in with, share reflections, and offer mutual support throughout the program. Think of it as having a built-in accountability partner, but with no pressure—just gentle support from someone walking a similar path.
What happens inside the private online space?
The private community space (hosted on Heartbeat, not social media) is designed to be a distraction-free zone—no doomscrolling, no algorithm traps, no noise pulling you into a black hole of screen time. (Seriously, how do they always get us?!)
Inside, you’ll find:
- Discussion threads for conversation, check-ins, and accountability
- Additional tools & resources (journaling prompts, guided audios, and reflection exercises)
- Opportunities to connect with your Resilience Partner
- A hub for live session replays and additional program content
This space is here for as much or as little as you need—no pressure, just support.
🏷️ Pricing & Accessibility
How much does it cost?
All my programs follow a Choose Your Pricing model because I believe healing and support should be accessible. You can select the rate that fits your budget:
💛 Sustaining Rate: $150
💛 Full Price: $199
💛 Community Care Rate (BIPOC & Those in Need): $99
Are scholarships available?
Yes! If the pricing above is out of reach but you know you need this space, contact me and we’ll work something out.
What’s the refund policy?
Refunds will not be issued after March 15th (one week into the program). The highest rate for this program breaks down to less than $30 per week, and significant time, energy, and resources go into making it meaningful for all participants.
That said, if a life crisis arises and you truly need to withdraw, email me and we can discuss a compassionate solution.

Yes! I offer 3- and 6-month 1:1 coaching containers. If you’re interested in deeper, personalized support, the best way to learn more is to book a discovery call with me here.
