September Sundays in Nature Digital Detox + Forest Bathing Series
Sunday September 27 @ 9:00 am – 10:30 am CDT

Join us September 27th for Forest Bathing in St. Louis as part of September Sundays in Nature
September Sundays in Nature | Session 4 of 4 🌿
Maybe Sundays don’t have to be scary.
This September, spend your Sunday mornings outside with September Sundays in Nature, a month-long digital detox and Forest Bathing series happening in green spaces across St. Louis.
Over four Sundays, we’ll step away from our screens and gather outside for guided Forest Bathing + Nature Therapy sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and build a nature connection practice you can actually return to week after week.
Choose the way you want to join:
🌿 2-Session Pass | $65
Choose any two Sunday sessions during September.
🌲 4-Session Pass | $99
Join us for the full series and commit to a month of Slow Sundays.
What to Expect:
• Four Sunday morning sessions throughout September
• Guided Forest Bathing + Nature Therapy practices
• Slow walking, sensory invitations, quiet reflection, and optional sharing
• Screen-free time outside with a small group
• Space for both nature connection and human connection
• Green spaces across the St. Louis area, chosen with participant input
I love a one-time Forest Bathing walk, but there’s something different about returning to the practice throughout a month. Slowing down gets a little easier when there’s a time, a place, and a small group of people choosing it with you.
And a screen-free Sunday morning outside feels like one of the gentlest ways to reclaim your attention before the week starts asking for it.
No previous Forest Bathing or mindfulness experience is needed. These are slow, leisurely experiences rather than strenuous hikes, and each session offers plenty of room to participate in the way that feels right for you.
Registration is required. Choose your 2-Session or 4-Session Pass and join us outside this September.
