Monday, January 20th, is a day that may bring a mix of emotions and reflections for many. Held on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, this special Guided Forest Bathing Session at Forest Park offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and find grounding in the stillness of winter.

Amidst the busyness of the world, this is a chance to step into nature and reconnect—with yourself, with the natural rhythms around you, and with a like-minded community.

🌲 What to Expect:

• A slow, mindful walk designed to connect you with the sights, sounds, and textures of the season.
• Gentle, guided invitations to engage your senses, release stress, and find grounding in the natural world.
• Space to reflect, share, and connect with yourself and the community around you.
• Time to notice the often-overlooked beauty of nature in winter—bare branches, crisp air, and the quiet resilience all around us.
  
  This session is offered on a sliding scale and is free for members of the BIPOC community.
  
  Spaces are limited, and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to participate.
