I’m excited to be one of the presenters at an upcoming PechaKucha Night St. Louis event at Urban Chestnut Brewery.

PechaKucha is a fast-paced storytelling format where presenters share 20 images for 20 seconds each, creating an evening filled with creativity, inspiration, and unexpected connections. I’ll be sharing a presentation inspired by my work as a Forest Bathing & Nature Therapy Guide and what I’ve learned from helping people slow down, reconnect with nature, and pay attention in new ways.

This special evening will feature several presenters from across the St. Louis community, many of whom will also be sharing stories and perspectives related to nature, place, and our connection to the world around us.
