Autumn Forest Bathing in the Gardens
Friday September 12, 2025 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm CDT
In Partnership with Missouri Botanical Gardens

By mid-September, the garden rests between two seasons – summer’s fullness still lingers, yet hints of autumn begin to stir. This Forest Bathing + Nature Therapy Walk offers a chance to pause at this threshold, attuning your senses to the subtle changes in light, scent, and texture.
Guided by Jess Thenhaus, Certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the turning season meet you exactly where you are.
🌿 What to Expect
- A slow, mindful walk through the garden at the turning of the season.
