Autumn Full Moon Forest Bathing in St. Louis | October 26
Under the light of the autumn full moon, the Garden is alive with peak fall color. Golden leaves, crisp air, and the soft glow of evening create a rare opportunity to experience the landscape after hours. This guided Forest Bathing + Nature Therapy Walk invites you to slow down, savor the season, and reconnect with nature through the senses.
Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku, this gentle experience encourages participants to release stress, awaken the senses, and reconnect with nature’s rhythms.
Guided by Certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide Jess Thenhaus of Urban Forest Therapy, you’ll move slowly through the garden and take in the gentle scents, textures, and sounds of spring. Through sensory-based invitations, the evening becomes a space to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and attune to the renewing energy of the season.
